AutoStudio for fleets
Fleets move vehicles in volume — into service, out to remarketing, across regions. AutoStudio standardizes the imagery for all of it through one API, so thousands of vehicles get the same clean, compliant look without a manual editing team.
The problem
Fleet operators deal with imagery at a scale that breaks manual workflows. Vehicles are photographed at depots, service centers, and defleeting sites by different people with different phones, in different lighting. When those cars head to remarketing or a resale channel, the imagery is wildly inconsistent — and every image may contain a readable license plate or a bystander's face, which is a privacy problem at thousands-of-images scale. Editing that by hand is neither fast nor reliable.
How AutoStudio helps
AutoStudio was built for volume. Instead of a person editing images, your systems send raw photos to the API — one at a time or through an async bulk queue — and receive standardized, privacy-safe output. Every vehicle across the fleet lands on the same background with the same treatment, regardless of where or by whom it was shot.
- Async bulk queue. Push large batches and let the queue process them; webhooks tell your system when each set is ready.
- Anonymization at scale. Automatic plate and face blur on every image keeps a whole fleet's imagery compliant — see GDPR & vehicle photos.
- Per-vehicle-set consistency. Each vehicle's angles are treated identically, so downstream VDPs and remarketing listings look coherent.
- Region-agnostic standardization. One preset enforces the same look whether the car was shot in Lyon or Leeds.
Works with the photos you already have
Depot staff, service-center technicians, and wholesalers defleeting a vehicle rarely use the same camera or process — AutoStudio doesn't need them to. A quick phone photo at a depot, a defleet shot from a service bay, or an auction-bound trade-in photo all work as input; there's no capture app to roll out and no hardware standardization project required across sites.
Relevant features
Fleets get the REST API with webhooks, signed URLs, and separate test/live keys; an async bulk queue for high volumes; built-in anonymization; brand presets; and configurable image retention. Pricing is transparent and volume-friendly — prepaid credits from about $0.08 per image on the pricing page. The honest limit: still images only, no 360° spins or video yet.
Get started
Start with a free sandbox key at signup and run a representative batch — a mix of your best and worst depot photos — through the bulk queue to see how consistent the output is. The docs cover the bulk endpoint and webhook setup. When those vehicles head to auction, the auctions & remarketing page covers that channel.
Frequently asked questions
- Can AutoStudio handle thousands of images at once?
- Yes. An async bulk queue is designed for fleet volumes; you submit batches and receive webhook callbacks as each set completes, rather than blocking on synchronous calls.
- How does it keep imagery consistent across depots and regions?
- A shared brand preset applies the same background, framing, and treatment to every image regardless of where or how it was captured, so the whole fleet matches.
- Is privacy handled automatically for large batches?
- Yes. Plate and face blur run on every image in the pipeline, so anonymization holds across the entire fleet without a manual review step.
